The Ballymaloe Cookery School Alumni are a wide network of people from all walks of life and all age-groups. Established in March 2014, Rostellan Chocolate is an artisan chocolate making enterprise situated in the beautiful East Cork countryside. Rostellan Chocolate provide handmade chocolate items for sale on the premises and through certain local shops, restaurants and hotels. The Rostellan Chocolate Cafe is located in a charming courtyard which is a haven of tranquility just a picturesque 5 minute drive from Midleton on the Whitegate road in the beautiful village of Rostellan.
