Food and Drink Theatre

As part of the festival, the Fair Green in Midleton will be transformed on Saturday 10 September, the marquee – known as the SECAD & Ring of Cork Theatre of Food – will host to a number of food and drink demonstrations.Rory & Rachel Allen will give a lesson on how to cook Ballymaloe Classics while Kevin Aherne of SAGE Restaurant will demonstrate how to cook a menu using produce from Midleton’s farmers market, dough master Declan Ryan of Arbutus Bread will also teach the art of bread making, among others. There will also be entertainment and music, a children’s craft fair and much more.
