We produce natural, artisan jams, pickles and chutneys with solar power in our kitchen at home. For the jams we grow our own fruit in a natural, sustainable way.

Since 2006 we’ve been getting up stupidly early to bake all of our tarts and cakes ourselves. That way, we know you’re getting food that’s made by skilled bakers rather than cold machines. And you’d actually recognise our ingredients. Fresh eggs, real butter, great fruit, good-quality chocolate… proper food.
We’re fussy about the coffee we serve in our cafés in Ballincollig and Midleton, too. Our baristas are the real deal. We had to buy them a ridiculously expensive La Marzocco coffee/espresso machine from Florence in Italy to keep them happy. We don’t scrimp on the coffee either. We get our beans from Cork Coffee Roasters. Trust us: they’re good.
We also bake cakes to order. For weddings, birthdays, anniversaries… any occasion, really. There’s always a reason for a top-notch, handmade cake.Come and treat yourself in one of our cafés, or visit our stand at Mahon Point Farmers’ Market on Thursday mornings and Midleton Farmers’ Market on Saturday mornings.
